Pre-Loved/Secondhand Items: All items sold on OTS are pre-owned (secondhand/preloved) unless explicitly stated as "New with Tags." By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Minor signs of wear consistent with the condition grading are normal
  • Each item is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
  • Pre-loved items may have minor imperfections not visible in photos

2.2 Condition Grading

We use the following condition grades:

Premium Plus:

  • Like new or new with tags
  • No visible signs of wear
  • May have original packaging or labels

Premium:

  • Excellent condition with minimal signs of wear
  • No stains, holes, or significant defects
  • Clean and ready to wear

Excellent:

  • Good condition with light signs of previous use
  • No major defects or damage
  • All defects (if any) are disclosed in product description

2.3 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to:

  • Accurately describe each item
  • Provide detailed measurements
  • Disclose any defects or imperfections
  • Include clear photographs from multiple angles
  • Specify brand and fabric information

However:

  • Minor variations in color may occur due to photography and screen displays
  • Measurements are approximate and may have slight variations (±1 inch)
  • We cannot guarantee perfect accuracy for all details

2.4 Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items are:

  • 100% authentic branded products
  • Genuine UK imports
  • Not counterfeit or replica items

If you receive a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately with evidence, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.4 Payment Methods

4.2 Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000
  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders under Rs. 3,000
  • Charges are calculated at checkout

4.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 6-8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Delivery Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate shipping information
  • Someone must be available to receive the package
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information
  • Once handed to the courier, delivery is the courier's responsibility
  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery

4.5 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
